Johnny Dollar and the Brooklyn Dodgers
Part of episode #289 of the radio drama “Yours Truly, Johnny Dollar.” It aired Dec. 20, 1955, on CBS Radio. This does not include the commercials. For the record … the Brooklyn Dodgers beat the New York Yankees in seven games to win the 1955 World Series. On Oct. 8, 1957, the Dodgers announced their move from Brooklyn to Los Angeles.
